Scrum Master is responsible for managing the Sprint and delivery of the committed work items in particular sprint. He is also responsible for executing agile processes and resolving team query on daily basis.
Product owner is responsible for managing the Product Backlog and setting the delivery priority of user story as per business need. He is responsible for requirement gathering and documenting those requirement in the form of user story.
